Have you read Ebrahim Nabavi's letter to Mr. Khatami don't mean the first one. I mean this recent letter about his resigning. It is in the words for today on Sunday 13th of July (22nd of Tir) .As usual it was a good one, straight forward, concise somehow and strong. I agree with many of his points about him.
Anyhow we can not deny the effects and influences of his presidency and his winning the election in 1997.For the first time after about twenty years; we believed that we can change things, that we can be effective. We remembered that we can speak out, we thought of some of our forgotten and forbidden basic rights. We started to believe in ourselves.
During the last 6 years many things have changed: the situation, people, and Mr. Khatami.
Making a confession, I don't know why but I still like Mr. Khatami somehow deep there in my heart. He should resign as soon as possible. This will help both him and the people.
